Presenter:  Ben Tallman, USTCP, EA

Ben Tallman is an NTPI Fellow and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of West Georgia.  He has taught for many years on the local, state, and national level. He served on the NAEA Education Foundation and is a prior GAEA Education Director.  Ben is a regular on Tax Talk Today and has conducted numerous webinars and podcasts throughout the years. He is a US Tax Court Practitioner and has written articles of interest for the NAEA & NATP Journals.  Ben operates a representation and tax business in Atlanta.

Update your understanding of corporate and partnership basis. Program will consider the purposes and nuisances of basis then explore the sale of interests in that company.  Key objective is learning the difference between "Inside" and "Outside" basis.
